Return & Refund Policy
A straightforward way to request help or a return.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Please review dimensions and seat compatibility before use.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Please obtain authorization and confirm the return address before sending your parcel. Our return address is Palettium, 4 Rue De Bretteville, 50430 Saint-Germain-Sur-Ay, France.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our error, an incorrect item, damage or a defect, we cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping to our address in France. International return postage may be significant; please consider this before purchase. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us understand the issue. The unused-condition and intact-original-packaging requirements for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from requesting help for damaged, defective or incorrect items. We will review the issue and explain the appropriate return or refund arrangements.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. If you have questions about a refund, contact [email protected].
